RATES PER HOURS OF OPERATION FOR ALL SERVICES RENDERED:
- MONDAY - FRIDAY
- 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, ALL FEES ARE AS STATED.
- 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, ALL FEES INCREASE TO ONE AND A HALF TIMES (1.5x) STATED RATE.
- 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM, ALL FEES INCREASE TO TWO TIMES (2x) STATED RATE.
- SATURDAY - SUNDAY:
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM, ALL FEES INCREASE TO ONE AND A HALF TIMES (1.5x) STATED RATE.
- 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM, ALL FEES INCREASE TO TWO TIMES (2x) STATED RATE.
- HOLIDAYS (NEW YEAR EVE/DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS EVE/DAY)
- ALL FEES INCREASE TO THREE TIMES (3x) STATED RATE.
- NOTE: ALL HOURLY RATES ARE PRORATED IN 15 MINUTE INCREMENTS.
SERVICE WARRANTY:
- ALL WORK COMPLETED BY RAHN'S PC REPAIR IS GUARANTEED FOR 72 HOURS AFTER THE EQUIPMENT LEAVES THE SHOP, OR AFTER THE TECHNICIAN LEAVES THE WORK SITE. ALL WARRANTIES ARE AUTOMATICALLY VOIDED IF THE CLIENT HAS SABOTAGED OR ABUSED THE EQUIPMENT OR SOFTWARE, OR VISITED/USED FILE-SHARING WEBSITES, INSTALLED KNOWN MALICIOUS PROGRAMS, OR VISITED ANY MALICIOUS, UNTRUSTED, OR PORNOGRAPHIC WEBSITES.
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS AND RULES:
- ALL SHIPPED ITEMS MUST BE INSURED BY THE SENDER.
- ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES MUST BE FULLY PREPAID BY THE SENDER.
- A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE.
- THE SENDER AGREES THAT RAHN’S PC REPAIR IS NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY ITEMS DAMAGED OR DESTROYED DURING SHIPMENT.
- NO OUT-OF-TOWN CHECKS WILL ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT.
- PLEASE SEND A MONEY ORDER OR PROCESS PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD.
